In 2023, Manja Slak completed her studies at the University of Music in Vienna under Prof. Anton Sorokow and began working with the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra. During her studies, alongside regular solo performances and competitions, she played in various orchestras across Europe. This included touring with the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra and the European Union Youth Orchestra. She substitutes at The Wiener Symphoniker since 2021.

She has showcased her talent as a soloist, performing concerts such as Beethoven's Triple Concerto with the Sensibile Piano Trio and Vivaldi's "Autumn" Concerto, as well as various pieces including the Meditation from the opera "Thais," "Schindler's List," and "Sirina" by Thomas Doss.

In her role as a concertmaster, she has led a concert with the Vseslovenski orkester at the Slovenian Philharmonic Hall, Le Nozze di Figaro with the Amadeo Orchestra, and numerous concerts during her studies with the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Maribor.

With the Sensibile Piano Trio, her numerous competition victories have resulted in performances at events like the Ljubljana Festival, European Capital of Culture 2012, Imago Sloveniae, the Bled Festival, and many others.

Since 2021, she regularly collaborates with pianist Beata Ilona Barcza, with whom they deliver solo performances together.
